How can I make an order ?

How much for shipping fee ?

All prices at arThai include DHL express shipping fee to any city over the world.
How long does it take to process an order and ship ?

Within 24 hours after received a verifyed payment, we will process the shipment with DHL.

For domestic shipping time, it takes 1-2 days of delivery.

For International shipping with DHL Express 5 to 7 working days
How the artwork is packaged ?

Unframed painting is shipped in a dent-resistent tube. This method is the safest for the artwork.

However if you would like us to ship the painting stretched on a wooden frame, please contact us via email ship@arthai.co
Can i pick up the artwork from the gallery ?

Yes, you can come to collect your artwork from us. Just let us know the pick-up date via email info@arthai.co

How can i make a payment ?

With Shopify, arThai offers buyers with safe, secure, and confidential payment options.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Unionpay.
What about custom clearance ?

This depends on the custom officials in your country. When your order reach your destination country, it maybe or maybe not to be subject to VAT or other custom fee.

These additional charges are beyond our control; hence the buyer will be responsible to pay them. However, over 95% of international customers have received the artworks without having to pay any additional custom fee.
